Novelmint is a product of TeamLesh LLC, a Washington State corporation.
Credits are non-refundable once purchased, including credits consumed by pipeline generation. If a technical error on our part causes incorrect deduction, contact support@novelmint.ai within 30 days for review.
Subscription fees are billed in advance. No refunds are issued for the current billing period after it has started. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at period end.
Authors own their work and may withdraw it from the Commons, or delete their account, at any time. Unlocking a chapter buys access for as long as the work remains available, not the work itself, so credits spent unlocking a work that is later withdrawn are not refunded. See "What a Chapter Unlock Buys" in the Terms of Service.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Washington State consumer protection law (RCW 19.86).
