Credits are non-refundable once purchased, including credits consumed by pipeline generation. If a technical error on our part causes incorrect deduction, contact within 30 days for review.
Subscription fees are billed in advance. No refunds are issued for the current billing period after it has started. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at period end.
Authors own their work and may withdraw it from the Commons, or delete their account, at any time. Unlocking a chapter buys access for as long as the work remains available, not the work itself, so credits spent unlocking a work that is later withdrawn are not refunded. See "What a Chapter Unlock Buys" in the Terms of Service.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Washington State consumer protection law (RCW 19.86).
