Novelmint is a product of TeamLesh LLC, a Washington State corporation.
Credits are non-refundable once purchased, including credits consumed by pipeline generation. If a technical error on our part causes incorrect deduction, contact support@novelmint.ai within 30 days for review.
Subscription fees are billed in advance. No refunds are issued for the current billing period after it has started. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at period end. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of initial purchase may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Washington State consumer protection law (RCW 19.86).
