I’m a romance author who loves creating stories filled with unforgettable characters, emotional tension, unexpected twists, and the kind of love stories that keep readers turning the page. From hockey playboys and plus-size heroines to rivals who discover that fate has other plans for them, I love exploring the messy, exciting, and addictive side of romance.

You may know me as the author of The Hockey Playboy’s Plus Size Obsession on GoodNovel and No One Told Me My Rival Was My Fated Mate. My stories are written for readers who love strong emotions, complicated relationships, dramatic chemistry, and characters who find love where they least expect it.

I chose Roseheart because it represents two things I love about romance: softness and strength.

A rose can be beautiful and delicate, but it also has thorns. That combination feels very much like the kind of characters and stories I enjoy writing. My romances can be sweet and emotional, but there is usually some pain, conflict, obsession, or fight for love underneath the surface.

Success, to me, isn't only about numbers. Of course, seeing a book perform well is exciting, but the moment that really matters is when a reader tells me that my story made them feel something.

If someone stays up too late because they need to know what happens next, cries over a character, gets angry at a villain, or messages me because they can't stop thinking about a couple—that feels like success.

I want to build a body of work that readers recognize and remember.

I’m constantly working on new romance stories and developing ideas for characters and relationships that can carry an entire book.

My current projects continue to explore the themes I love most: powerful attraction, complicated relationships, forbidden love, possessive heroes, resilient heroines, and characters who discover that love doesn't always arrive in the way they expect.

I’m also continuing to grow as an editor and storyteller, which means I spend a lot of time reading, studying stories, and thinking about what makes readers turn one more page.

My latest stories are for readers who enjoy intense romance with high emotional stakes.

Expect complicated relationships, strong attraction, secrets, power struggles, and characters who don't always make the easiest choices. I especially love putting my characters in situations where they have to choose between what they want, what they fear, and what their hearts are telling them.

If you enjoy romance that gives you both butterflies and emotional damage, you're probably in the right place. 😂

I don't think I can honestly choose just one. Every time I create a character, I become attached to them for a different reason.

I particularly love characters who appear strong on the outside but have vulnerabilities they don't show everyone. Those characters give me the opportunity to explore the difference between who someone is, who they pretend to be, and who they become when they finally feel safe enough to love.

My favorite characters are usually the ones who surprise even me.

I’m somewhere in between.

I like knowing the major direction of a story—who the characters are, what they want, what stands in their way, and where I want the emotional journey to end. But I don't like planning every single detail so tightly that the characters have no room to surprise me.

Sometimes a character makes a decision I didn't expect, and suddenly the story becomes even more interesting. I enjoy leaving enough space for those moments.

I remind myself that the story has to sound like me.

I can study trends, read other authors, listen to feedback, and learn from editors, but I don't want to copy someone else's voice. I focus on the emotions I want the reader to experience and the way I naturally tell stories.

My voice comes from the kinds of characters I create, the emotional tension I enjoy, the way I build romantic chemistry, and the questions I keep asking about love and relationships.

AI can be useful as a creative tool, especially for brainstorming, organizing ideas, exploring possibilities, or helping me look at a story from another angle. But I see it as a tool, not a replacement for the author.

The heart of my story has to come from me. I decide what my characters want, what they fear, what they experience, and where their journey goes. I also make the final decisions about the story, the emotions, the characters, and the writing.

I don't want technology to erase the human part of storytelling. I want to use useful tools while keeping the author's imagination, judgment, and voice at the center.

More stories, more characters, and hopefully many more readers to fall in love with them.

I want to continue growing Roseheart as both an author and a creative brand, experiment with new romance ideas, and keep improving with every book I write.

There are still so many stories in my head waiting to be written, so I don't think I'll be running out of trouble for my characters—or books for my readers—anytime soon.

I love digital publishing because it allows stories to reach readers wherever they are. It also gives me the opportunity to connect directly with readers and see their reactions as the story develops.

I enjoy having the freedom to explore different romance ideas and publish stories for readers who enjoy the same things I do. For me, publishing isn't just about putting a book out into the world; it's about building a relationship between the story, the author, and the readers.

Writing chapter by chapter makes me pay close attention to pacing. Every chapter needs to give the reader a reason to continue, whether that's an emotional moment, a revelation, a new problem, or a question they desperately want answered.

Reader reactions can also make the experience exciting because I get to see which characters and moments people are connecting with while the story is still unfolding. I still have a planned direction for my stories, but serialized publishing reminds me that every chapter needs to earn the next one.

One of the things that stays with me most is when readers tell me they became so emotionally invested in my characters that they were genuinely angry, heartbroken, or excited because of something that happened in the story.

I especially love messages from readers who say they couldn't stop reading or stayed up late because they needed to know what happened next. Knowing that fictional characters I created could feel real enough to someone that they affected their emotions is an incredible feeling.

Readers experience the story emotionally, while editors often look at it structurally.

A reader might tell me, "I love this character," "I can't stand him," or "Please don't let them break up!" An editor may notice pacing, characterization, consistency, dialogue, or areas where the story could be stronger.

I value both kinds of feedback because they answer different questions. Readers remind me why the emotional experience matters, while editors help me strengthen the craft behind that experience.

Yes, I read my reviews. I enjoy seeing what readers loved, but I also understand that not every story will work for every person.

When I receive criticism, I try to separate useful feedback from personal preference. If several readers notice the same issue, I pay attention because there may be something I can learn from it. But I also remind myself that readers are allowed to have completely different tastes.

A tough review doesn't automatically mean the story failed. Sometimes it simply means the story wasn't meant for that particular reader.
