Never lose your place
Last checked against the product October 2, 2026
Serial fiction arrives a chapter at a time, which makes it easy to lose track: which book was on chapter nine, which one updated, which one you meant to go back to. Your library keeps all of it. It knows how far you got in each book and takes you straight back there, and following a book or an author means you are told when there is something new.
Key takeaways
- Your library lists the books you are reading, with your progress in each and a button to continue.
- Following a book notifies you when a new chapter is published.
- Following an author follows that pen name, and each pen name has its own page and follower count.
- Notifications arrive in the app and by email, and the emails can be turned off.
- The reader itself is adjustable: theme, font, text size, and spacing.
What it does
What your account keeps for you
Progress in every book
Each book shows how far you are, with Continue for books in progress and Re-read for ones you finished.
In-progress first
The books you are in the middle of sit at the top. Search and filter the rest by status and genre.
Follow a book
You are told when it publishes a new chapter, so you do not have to check.
Follow an author
A follow attaches to a pen name. If one person writes under two names, you follow the one you chose.
A reader you can tune
Light, sepia, or dark; serif, sans, or mono; text size and line spacing.
A public profile, if you want one
Your reader profile can show your lists and what you are currently reading. You can hide what you follow.

Followers are told when you publish
Every reader who follows your book is notified when a new chapter goes live. For a serial, that is what a release schedule is for: each chapter brings your followers back.
