- Yes. Publishing here is non-exclusive and the platform is designed for it. The exception is any title you have enrolled in an exclusive program such as Kindle Unlimited through KDP Select, which locks that book into an auto-renewing 90-day term. That restriction comes from your agreement with them, not from us, and it does not apply to ordinary Kindle listings. A backlog without those clauses can go up today.
- Is importing really free?
- On the as-is path, yes. The book uploads as plain prose, costs zero credits, and can be published straight away. What you give up is the AI tooling: an as-is book has no beats, character bibles or plot threads behind it, so review, assist, continuation and the editorial pass cannot run on it, and getting them later means re-importing and paying for the extraction. The full import does that extraction up front and costs credits, with a 1,500 credit gift on your first import that covers roughly one typical book.

- No. Your manuscript is not used to train any model by us, and the providers behind the platform are on API terms that forbid training on it. Chapter one, the blurb and the cover are public and indexed by search engines, which is how readers find you. Everything past chapter one is never served to a logged-out request at all, so a crawler cannot reach it.
- How many readers are here?
- Not many yet. The first months went into the authoring tools, and the reader side is only now the focus, so traffic is light and growing rather than established. Coming in early means your catalogue is on the shelf as that audience arrives, but nobody should move a backlog here expecting readers that do not exist yet.
- Does the writing have to be AI-assisted?
