ACT I, SCENE 6.5Day 28 Hours and 55 Minutes Since the Ash FellCathedral Proper“You!” she cries, a sharp gasp escaping her throat as she breaks past the watchmen and sprints straight toward the hatch corridor.She throws herself at the threshold and forces the hatch open. Vespar pulls himself and Kendra up just as Lady Cassandra pins his shoulders. She doesn’t look beside Vespar.But Vespar feels Kendra paralyzed in his shadow.“The Huntsman was your father! He taught you to track in the winter! Tell me you found him, Vespar.” Her grip tightens, her fingernails biting through his leather armour. “Tell me you brought my little Leo inside.”The Cathedral doesn’t go quiet. It just stops meaning anything.
